Taylor Swift

In light of releasing her new album "Red" i thought for my first music post i'd do Taylor Swift. Now say what you like about T.Swift but the girl does have an amazing talent to go along with her amazing voice. I remember sitting in my friends car when I was 16 and her telling me i had to hear these two new songs she couldn't stop listening to which was "Tied together with a smile" and "Stay beautiful". I was instantly hooked on this new artist. As the years went by I was still on this Taylor Swift kick her songs were evolving with every album. As she took a more mature path with "Safe and Sound" ft. The Civil Wars I was highly anticipating her next album. The months flew by and finally I was hearing songs from the album "Red" and you could say I wasn't as impressed with "We are never ever getting back together" don't get me wrong it is a great song but I feel like she wrote better songs on her first album. Her second release "Red" was a great song and had me thinking maybe her album wouldn't be that bad after all. After listening through the CD 5 times I was disappointed it had more of a hipster teenage vibe to it. There was absolutely no more country what so ever it was all very poppy which is great for high schoolers and younger generation I just figured as she got older and more mature so would her music.
